Join PSECCO at the American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting for a talk focused on challenges and needs identified by the polar early career researcher community. The polar regions are experiencing rapid, dramatic impacts due to climate change that require innovative and transdisciplinary solutions, which in turn require a well-supported and connected interdisciplinary community of scientists. PSECCO aims to foster exactly such a diverse, international, and multidisciplinary network of scientists early in their careers. At this talk, PSECCO will share ideas for solutions and possible frameworks that can help engage the polar research community in building welcoming polar spaces that work for all.
