Co-production of knowledge in Arctic research brings together multiple ways of knowing and emphasizes equity in research. This discussion panel will provide an introduction to co-production of knowledge with an emphasis on providing tips and resources for early career researchers. Four co-production experts will be asked questions to introduce the concept of co-production, discuss ways in which early career researchers can approach co-production in Arctic research, and share lessons about long-term relationship building.

The Polar Science Early Career Community Office is excited to announce that the 2023 Polar Postdoctoral Leadership Workshop (PPLW) will be taking place in the Front Range of Colorado, from May 15 to 19, 2023. The workshop will bring 20 US-based postdoctoral researchers studying Antarctic and Arctic topics together from across the country to activate leadership skills that they can bring into their future careers. Participation in the workshop is free and travel support will be provided (more details below).

OceanHackWeek is a small hands-on, interactive hybrid in-person and virtual
workshop focused on data science and oceanography that will be held during
