Arctic Youth and Early Career Scientist Survey: Tell us about your capacity sharing needs

Date

Dear Arctic and Indigenous youth, and early career scientists,

The EU project Arctic PASSION (https://arcticpassion.eu) plans activities for early career scientists and Arctic and Indigenous youth to exchange knowledge, experiences and learnings multilaterally and also to promote the next generation in the use of Arctic observing systems. But most importantly, it is learning from you! With combined capacities, visions and ideas, we can improve relevant Arctic observations together in order to better understand Arctic environmental change, and to adapt technologies and data acquisition for societal needs.

With this survey Arctic PASSION asks Arctic youth, Indigenous youth and early career scientists living in the Arctic, or working in Arctic Regions (from graduates up to about 5 years after PhD) to help design the capacity sharing activities. The survey results will serve us as an orientation and a basis to more precisely tailor our offers to current needs, interests and wishes.

Please follow this link to fill the survey, ideally until 30 April 2022: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScQhfugF1zKK3slxYL21yTSzHj-oPfso7Hqy3nOtfywNOZrBw/viewform?usp=sf_link

You are welcome to forward the survey request to your appropriate contacts. We appreciate your input and thank you for your contributions!

Best wishes from,

Lisa Grosfeld and Josefine Lenz
