From networking opportunities and discussions about early career engagement in major international initiatives to an interactive workshop on building safer Antarctic field environments, there are several ways for early career researchers to get involved. This roundup highlights PSECCO-related events taking place throughout the conference, including the Polar Early Career Community Gathering, a workshop focused on ECR priorities in IPY-5 and Antarctica InSync, and sessions advancing field safety, inclusion, and well-being in Antarctic research.
